. Sanitary septic tank
. The septic tank
PACA Assainissement offers a wide range of polyethylene products including septic tank that receives and processes all wastewater.
In France, only the septic tank is permitted in most new not connected to the sewerage system installations.
Sanitary septic tank (old model), however, is tolerated for existing plants, but in this case, a minimum of 500 liters degreaser is mandatory. In any event, the septic tank ensures a better return to the facility.
Our tanks are guaranteed up to 50 years against manufacturing defects. The other rooms have a 2 year warranty.
The organic matter in raw sewage is transformed into fine particles and partly digested by anaerobic bacteria that thrive in this oxygen-poor environment.
These fermentations produce gases which are discharged through a secondary ventilation connected in roof ridge. Part of decaying material forms a surface crust, airtight, another part is deposited in the bottom of the pit.
A septic tank should be large enough to allow the bacteria to carry out this digestion. One speaks generally of a 5-day minimum.
A septic tank must be constructed so that the effluents are introduced on the crust with a minimum of turbulence and discharged under the fluid level.
Polyethylene septic tanks have many advantages over conventional materials:
So easy handling low weight
Guaranteed waterproof, no cracking
No risk of root infiltration
Insensitive material corrosion
Quick and easy cleaning as polyethylene is non-stick
Warranty up to 50 years.
Regarding individual housing, sizing pits in France is calculated relative to the number of main rooms of the home, ie 3 m³ up to 5 bedrooms and 1 m³ extra per additional room.
