Lifting pump station

Lifting pump station

A pumping station is a device for discharging wastewater, loaded or clear, a lower point than where they should be rejected.

The choice of pump type will depend on the kind of effluent to repress, as well as various parameters specific to the installation.

To advise you lift station that suits you best, please contact our technical service and send us the following information:

  • Height of discharge (geometric and gauge)
  • Refoulement length
  • Nature of the effluent to repress (rain water, clear water or water containing)
  • Peak flow in m3 / h
  • Power supply (230 or 400 volt)
  • Installing 1 or 2 pumps.

Lifting stations 1 pump for medium flow rate, standard

The liquid to be pumped enters the tank 230 liters. A float integrated pump is installed in the tank. This float starts the pump when the waste arrived at the desired level in the vessel (level tarpaulin) and stops when it returns to its minimum level (comfort level)

The pump is equipped with a heat and does not need electrical cabinet. The pump is installed on the bottom of the tank. The pipe is equipped with a stop valve and a check valve.

Pumping stations with 2 pumps for average flows, standard design

The liquid to be pumped enters the tank of 500 liters. This vessel is equipped with 2 pumps and 3 floaters. When the liquid level reaches the float 2, the pump starts and will stop only when the effluent will descend at the float 1. If the pump fails, the effluent rises to the float 3 and triggers the alarm. In case of peak use, both pumps will be running simultaneously.

This installation is accompanied by a cabinet designed to manage the operation of the floats, alarm and pumps. Available in 230 and 400 V.

This cabinet is equipped with a heat pump for. Pumps can put up seat equipped with a lightbar.

Each pipe is equipped with a stop valve and a check valve.

Lifting stations 1 pump for medium flow rate, standard

The liquid to be happening in a tank of 800 to 1500 liters. This vessel is equipped with 1 pump and 3 floaters. When the liquid level reaches the float 2, the pump will only stop en route at the time when the effluent falls below the level of the float 1. On the next start is the pump that works. When the liquid level reaches the float 2, the pump will turn on. When the liquid level reaches the float 3, the alarm will be activated.

This installation is accompanied by a cabinet designed to manage the operation of the floats, alarm and alternation and simultaneity of the pumps. The cabinet is equipped heat for pumps. The pumps are placed on the seat and foot each equipped with a guide bar. Each pipe is equipped with a stop valve and a check valve.

Pumping stations with 2 pumps for average flows, standard design

The liquid to be pumped enters the tank through the entrance pipe. This vessel is equipped with 2 pumps and 3 floaters. When the liquid level reaches the float 1, pump 1 switches on and will not stop until the effluent falls below the level of the float 1. On the next start is the pump 2 that works. When the liquid level reaches the float 2, the second pump will start up. When the liquid level reaches the float 3, the alarm will be activated. In case of peak use, both pumps will be running simultaneously.

To determine the most suitable installation, the following parameters are required:

  • Geometric and manometric height of repression
  • The length of the discharge pipe
  • The nature of the effluent to repress (rainwater, wastewater, toilet water, etc…)
  • The peak flow in m3 / h (if known)
  • An installation to one or two pumps.
