Following a lawsuit and an obligation to bring sanitation and stormwater retention and discharge up to standard, PACA Assainissement was mandated to take care of all the work.
For the sanitation part:
A compact Biorock 4 EH filter was installed, followed by 100 linear meters of ecological drains without Drenotube gravels. Riprap had to be made to be able to place the drains.
For the rain part:
2 retaining tanks for rainwater, ie 60 m³, were recommended and installed, followed by a clear water pressure station CAL1.4. As well as 36 linear meters of gutter.
To be able to discharge the rainwater into the valley, it took 108 linear meters of opening and trench closure all along the way.
At the request of the client we have also completely redone the parking and the entrance path of the property, another riprap to support the restanque (dry stone wall, facing on both sides) behind the house which threatened to collapse and the wall at the entrance of the property.
